Rapper Bombshell Grenade Wins Big At AFRIMMA 2021 Awards

Nexus Music Entertainment Limited signed female music artist Bombshell Grenade becomes the first successful female rapper to win an AFRIMMA Award in Zambia.

The 8th edition of the African Muzik Magazine Awards (AFRIMMA) was held on December 12th, 2021 and broadcast live on their Youtube Channel. Bombshell who has been nominated two times in a roll has now successful bagged the prestigeous award as the “Best Southern African Female Rapper“. She was the first to break the news on her Socia Media Platform.

Bombshell was nominated to represent the country alongside rapper SlapDee, who later pulled out from the competion due to the Social Media backlash that he faced for doing Political campaign songs earlier this year.

The win for Bombshell represents two major international accolades accumulated in less than a month by female artists after Cleo Ice Queen also won herself during the AFRIMA presentation late last month.

The Assassins hit maker has been gearing up on her album, Mfumu Kadzi which is likely to drop later before the year end or early next year.
