XYZ Manager Ranks Camstar As Zambia’s Greatest To Rap In English!
XYZ Entertainment’s artist Manager & representative DJ H-Mac has named Camstar as the Greatest Zambian Rapper to ever do it in English.
This follows his announcement that the team have been working on a new Camstar Album whose release date is yet to be announced. DJ H-Mac posted on his official Facebook Page, showering nothing but respect for Capital.

It is arguably right that some people would want to disregard the H-Mac statement, obviously pointing out other rappers that also established themselves as genuine Mcee’s through rapping in English. Most definitely Kritic & Koby would come as tough competiton, with Chisenga (CRISIS) often counted as the Godfather of Zambian English rap.
However, breaking down the lyrism and durability in the history of the Zambian English Rap Game, we all should be reminded that Camsrtar has been rapping way back as compared to most popular rappers. From his days in the Diamond Chain, Camstar was the undisputed lyrist, better than Crisis himself.
Even though he had a western HipHop culture in his early career, Camstar has seen himself trnsitioned into the Zambian themed HipHop especially when he Joined the Kopala Swag Crew.
He later joined the XYZ crew and hinted at some reasons for his departure, alluding to the limits he faced in his previous camps.
Some of the best songs that will go into the books as the greatest songs include “Make It Happen“, “Come Back” featuring Exile (Now Izrael), “I can Be” featuring Koby & Jorzi, among alot others.
