“Stop Promoting Immorality In The Name Of Fashion & Design” | Zambians React To Lusaka July 2022
Numerous concerned Facebook users have come out in the open to share their displeasure at the just ended Lusaka July 2022, stating that the event is promoting Immorality for a Christian Nation such as Zambia.
This follows a stream of photos from the met gala, where a lot of male beings are captured rocking female attire, or pretending to be of the opposite gender.
One of the prominent citizens, Dr. Brian Sampa Chota (who has also been advocating for alcohol ban) came out strongly against the Lusaka July event and questioned it’s motive. Below we share some of the posts from Facebook:
The Lusaka July is a fashion & design event which is held annually by PR Girl Media at the Polo Club. The event is attended by the countries topmost celebrities who mingle to share ideas and relax together.
It has over the past invited guests from other neighboring countries, some of whom have openly to be practicing homosexuality including South Africa’s Somizi and Mohale Motaung back in 2019.
