Yo Maps Gears Up for Legal Showdown with ACC Over Seized Vehicle

Popular Zambian singer Elton Mulenga, known to fans as Yo Maps, is ready to hit the brakes on the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) and fight for the return of his VX Land Cruiser. His legal team, Nsapato and Company advocates, has fired off a demand letter, demanding the release of the vehicle by Friday, December 22nd, 2023.

Yo Maps isn’t letting the ACC impound his livelihood without a fight. He claims the seizure is not just an inconvenience, but a major blow to his career. The Land Cruiser, according to the singer, plays a crucial role in his wedding booking business, and its “unreasonable and frivolous” seizure is an injustice he refuses to tolerate.

This development comes on the heels of the ACC’s controversial move to impound the vehicle, alleging it to be a “proceed of crime.” However, Yo Maps is challenging this accusation head-on, and his legal action suggests he’s confident in clearing his name and reclaiming his prized possession.
