The 2022 Mosi Day Of Thunder To Feature Local Artists Only
The organisers of Mosi Day Of Thunder have announced that it will not bring in any “International Artist” in this years event.
The fifth edition of arguably Zambia’s biggest musical fest is slated for 22nd October, 2022 at Busiku Grounds in Livingstone. The event has come back to life after a 2 years hiatus due to the corona virus pandemic.
The event main sponsors Mosi Premium Lager have started unveiling the acts set to perform at the music fest. The first three acts unveiled are “T-Sean“, “Bobby East” and “Macky 2” but rising artists such as Towela Kaira, Chanda Na Kay, Sky Dollar have also been included on the list. Mosi has further stated that more local acts will be unveiled soon and no international act this time around as the event is scheduled during the independence weekend thus its imperative to celebrate 100% local icons.
