Cassper Nyovest Loses Celebrity Boxing Match To Naak Musiq | Highlights & Reactions
South African rapper Cassper Nyovest has this year been making noise in the media for his celebrity boxing matches. Earlier this year, the Doc Shabaleza hit maker got into the ring for the first time, against Slik Talk and ended up knocking out the Youtuber & Social Media Vlogger. It was during that post fight interview that Cassper Set up another interesting matchmaup against Generations actor and rapper Naak Musiq, who accepted to fight during the Superbowl weekend.
The hyped up match finally took place on the 9th of April 2022, a five rounds boxing showdown that was broadcast live on Supersport Variety 4. Both celebrities came out swinging, show casing amazing boxing technics at the same time being sloppy and unprofessional at times. It was undoutedly true that Cassper started of strong, clearly winning the first & second rounds.
Naak Musiq started to pickup his pace from the third round. Hitting Cassper with heavy shots and causing him problems. Both fighers where completely gassed by the final round, but it was such an entertaining and competitive boxing match as they both managed to hang on until the final bell. After a five minute showdown, the judges awarded Naak Musiq a Unanimous victory.
