D Jonz Shows Perfection For A Mambwe Rapper In Latest Banger “Certified”
Multi talented New Wave artist D Jonz has served yet another interesting single with the title “Certified” produced by himself & helped by GHS.
As the rapper flaunts over some Mexican sampled “Donde Estas Yolanda” by Pink Martini, D Jonz shows complete mastery of his new found lingo of Mambwe.
Since a couple of his recent songs, we have notably observed working on switching his focus from rapping in the common “Nyanja” language to his original mother tongue of Mambwe. And with a few efforts, the talented rapper/Producer is now getting more efficient and sounds almost flawless in this new found gem which will likely make him stand out from the rest of other rappers.
While we cannot say this switch may or may not have come from King Illest who commercialised the Tonga rap, surely there should be some motivation from buddies who frequently hang around together.
