Chanda Mbao Teams Up With Scott In Beautiful Visuals For "Every Time"

Zambian HipHop pioneer Chanda Mbao has given out the official music video for his current lead single off the Silk Sheets & Whipped Cream EP. The rapper teamed up with his regular collaborator Scott, in “Every Time” which was produced by Shinko Beats.
The story of the song goes back into history, specifically into the greek mythology when Apollo fell in love with Daphne the water nymph after being shot by cupid. Unfortunately, cupid shot his love interest with a lead arrow, leading her to resist Apollo’s advances and force him into an unrequited romance. As such, despite his dogged pursuit of her, she remains always just beyond his reach…
According to reports, Chanda Mbao and his crew had to move around the country, covering over 2,500KM as they highlighted 5 of the biggest waterfalls in Zambia.
The video was directed by Director Verb, with the assistance of Robert Chikumbuso Jr, Victor Chumfwa & Gabriel Sanchez.
